Production of wall and roofing materials, as well as glass envelopes of Lisec Austrian manufacturing plant

During 15 years, Agran company is one of the largest manufacturers of wall and roofing materials, glass envelopes, steel structures, and sandwich-panels in the territory of West Kazakhstan region. 

Since its foundation, the enterprise has come a long way - the Company's production sites have been organized in the cities of Atyrau, Aktobe, and Kostanay.

• We have mastered the production of all types of corrugated boards and main types of metal roofing and facade elements,
• we annually update our production equipment in accordance with world trends in the construction market,
• Over 2000 tons of steel and not less than 20 colors are on stock.

Having achieved success in the production of wall and roofing materials, as well as having studied and analyzed the saturation of manufacturers in the local building materials market, Agran decided to take a step forward and expand the list of manufactured products. In 2012, on Uralsk and Aktobe production sites, the company started production of glass envelopes and mirrors. 

The company has installed high-tech and multifunctional lines for the production of glass envelopes of the Lisec Austrian manufacturing plant with a capacity of up to 800 pieces per shift. Production diversification allowed us to create a competitive environment in the glass envelope market and establish comfortable pricing conditions for our customers. 

A flexible pricing policy, a wide range of and production of quality products in the shortest possible time allowed the Company to enlist the support of many business people and entrepreneurs and strengthen its position in the market for the production of glass envelopes and mirrors.

 

The Agran company provides design, supply, and installation services for prefabricated buildings based on metal structures and sandwich panels. 

In 2018 we commissioned a new, fully automated line for production of wall and roofing panels (IL Kwang, South Korea; OMS Group, Italy) with with a heater made of fireproof mineral wool based on basalt fiber, as well as with the use of two-component adhesives "DOW Chemical", USA and "Huntsmann", Holland.

Advantages of sandwich panels are high heat and noise insulation properties, fire and moisture resistance, as well as high adaptability and ease of installation. The Agran sandwich panels are fully certified in EAEU countries, comply with all technical, sanitary, and environmental norms and standards.
