EQUIPMENT FOR TECHNOLOGY OF CONTINUOUS VIBROFORMING OF REINFORCED CONCRETE PRODUCTS ON LONG STANDS

Construction Technologies and Machinery (STM) JSC performs works on design, manufacture and turnkey installation of equipment for continuous vibroforming technology of reinforced concrete products on long stands. Over 200 projects have been implemented. This technology allows you to produce up to 80 different types of reinforced concrete products, with a width of up to 1500 mm, a height of up to 400 mm with different load-bearing capacity.

STM JSC provides with a definite scale of equipment for Industrial Construction Companies (ICC). The capacity is from 50 to 200 thousand square meters of housing per year. Technological equipment of ICC is designed for manufacturing of all elements of frame precast-monolithic house-building: piles, crossbars, beam lintels, floor slabs, stair flights, steps, columns, ventilation channels, stiffening diaphragms and elevator shafts, etc. These elements are also designed for construction in seismic conditions (from 7 to 9 points).
