Engineering Services Company is the first engineering company in Kazakhstan, which has introduced digital technology in construction monitoring. The company was founded in 2016, and is a universal provider of engineering services (project management, technical supervision, technical inspection, geodetic and geological surveys, timekeeping, development and adaptation of technical maps) and construction monitoring, implemented more than 100 projects in active cooperation with such international organizations as Kazphosphat LLP, NAK, OTAU Group, ORDA INVEST Corporation, JV Nazarov Rakhimbayev Group LLC, JV Architects Development LLC, JV Silk Road Group Investments LLC, BI Group, PetroRetail PFS LLP, EPC Group, etc. The team consists of over 110 highly qualified specialists with a fully formed material base to perform the whole range of tasks, including the Opera Build software (IT system digitizing the construction process management, including the timely detection of errors and the possibility to promptly issue instructions for their elimination) of its own universal design.

The Company's activities are aimed at improving the quality of construction and installation work, compliance with standards and technical regulations, maintaining the interests of the customer - investor, in order to reduce financial losses.
