POYATOS EQUIPMENT FOR THE CONCRETE PRODUCTS INDUSTRY

Spanish company POYATOS produce machinery and systems for the manufacture of concrete products: pavers, blocks, bricks, curbstones, special products. POYATOS supplies turnkey solutions for semi automatic and fully automated plants, including batching, handling and packaging. We also provide secondary treatment systems like in- and off-line splitters, aging and distressing systems. We offer equipment which combines reliability, high performance and user-friendliness to customers all around the world.

The factory is located in Granada, in the South of Spain. It counts with an indoor area of 30.000 m2, equipped with machinery of the latest technology, with robotized and of numeric control machines, following costs saving manufacturing procedures with a high quality in the finishing of our products, most of which are totally made by us, assembling hydraulic and electronic components alike and aggregate elements of top marks at world level.

POYATOS designs and manufactures, under its own patents, 14 different models of machinery, with capacities of production that range from 900 to 4.000 blocks (20x20x40) per hour. These machines, equipped with the most advanced systems, can make all kind of concrete materials, such as blocks, bricks, kerbstones, paving stones, vaults for ceilings, decorative lattices, etc.

These modern processes, on the one hand, allow for better quality control and finishing of parts and, on the other hand, the production of scale of machinery and the shortest delivery terms, all leading up to cost savings which in the end benefits the client.

The staff is formed by workers with the utmost qualification and a Technical Team of mechanic, electric and electronic Engineers. All our installations, which are totally manufactured, assembled and tested in our workshops, including the Electric Control Panels, are designed, studied and developed in our Technical Department, using the latest software systems.

With this technological capacity, the machinery we currently manufacture under POYATOS trade mark has become, for its design, quality, capacity and competitiveness, leader in sales and total revenue in Spain, being as well among the top ranks of manufacturers of this sort of machinery in the world, having exported and delivered turnkey installations to more than 85 countries all over the world along our more than 50 years of existence.
