NORDIMPIANTI was founded in 1974 as a small family business by Nunzio Gagliardi. He responded to a growing market demand for plant and machinery for the production of prestressed concrete elements in Italy. He was soon using his engineering expertise to improve upon existing designs and very quickly the enterprise turned into a manufacturing business with its base in Central Italy, not far from Rome. Today NORDIMPIANTI is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of machines and equipment for the production of prestressed concrete elements primarily used in the construction industry. The elements are used in flooring systems or as wall panels in a vast range of residential, civil, industrial and infrastructure construction applications. NORDIMPIANTI designs and manufactures its products in-house and under one roof using a team of professionals, all experts and experienced in their fields. With its Extruder, Nano Extruder, Slipformer and Wet Casting technologies, it has a strong product portfolio offering all the ancillary machines required to make producing elements as efficient and as cost effective as possible. CASTING MACHINES

Depending on the type of concrete element being produced the casting phase is performed by one of three NORDIMPIANTI casting machines Extruder, Slipfomer or Wet Casting machine. Our machines can produce a wide range of products such as Hollow core slabs, Vineyard posts, Lintels, T beams,slabs with lattice ribs, Inverted double T beams and Slabs, Double ribbed slabs, U panels used for the most demanding construction applications. We produce also all the ancillary equipment such as casting beds, saw machines, stressing and lifting equipment, concrete aspirator, bed cleaner, element transport and plotter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

NORDIMPIANTI is able to supply complete “ready to go plant” for the production of prestressed concrete elements with machines and equipment able to work in every phase of the production. NORDIMPIANTI’s EVO2 Extruder and Slipformer machines have been designed for the productionof a wide range of prestressed concrete hollow core slabs and elements both for floors and walls on long production beds. The machine is modular and the power unit together with the hopper can easily be transferred to another forming insert to enable a panel with a different height.

NORDIMPIANTI’s Wet Casting machines have been designed for the production of prestressed concrete products with special attributes such as exposed wire and a corrugated upper surface. To start production of a different element it is only necessary to change the finishing mould mounted on the machine. This is a quick and straight forward operation.
