Equipment for contact spot welding allows welding a wide range of items, ensures obtaining of the cast fusion nugget diameter complying with GOST 15878.

Installation of automatic arc welding of embedded parts under a layer of flux – reinforcing steel rods of smooth and deformed profile are welded to flat surfaces of bar iron into a T-bar, the method of welded joint is T1-Mf in accordance with GOST 14098-2014 and GOST 10922.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Equipment for contact seam welding ensures obtaining of a cast site width complying with GOST 15878.

Equipment for contact projection welding is designed for AC welding of low-carbon, stainless steel items, and copper buses.

Equipment for contact butt welding is designed for continuous flash and preheated flash welding of rolled metal products, predominantly with compact section.
