EQUIPMENT AND STEEL MOULDS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE PRODUCTS (RCP)

Established in 1995 and operating under the M-Konstruktor brand since 2013, the plant specializes in the design and manufacturing of steel moulds and equipment for reinforced concrete products, tilting tables and battery moulds, microtunneling pipe moulds, concrete distributors, traverses, and tilting devices. The total area of the enterprise is 13,000 sq.m, with a staff of 170 employees. Today, the plant offers its partners a comprehensive approach—from customized design and manufacturing to delivery and on-site installation supervision. Over the years, exports have been delivered to 18 countries across the EU and CIS. Currently, regular shipments are made to Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. The company has been awarded the Made in Russia voluntary certification, confirming the high quality of its steel moulds and equipment. It is also a regular participant in all major industry exhibitions.

• European-type battery moulds – vertical casting systems designed for the production of single-layer wall panels and solid floor slabs.
• Vent block production units – designed for the vertical casting of volumetric ventilation blocks using the mould casting method.
• Universal tilting vibration tables – a core and versatile component of the production line for manufacturing reinforced concrete products using magnetic formwork.
• Concrete distributors – available in gantry, semi-gantry, and bridge crane configurations. Capable of operating at various heights, making them compatible with different types of equipment. Optional features include surface finishers, decoilers, and more.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Moulding units for volumetric lift shafts – available with various shaping surface designs and optional features such as heating, vibration, and hydraulics.
• Column steel moulds – dual-position moulds starting from 10 meters in length, with variable cross-sections ranging from 200 to 900 mm. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
• Stand-alone concrete distribution hoppers – capacity of 2 cubic meters, equipped with a built-in lithium-ion battery, charger, vibration system, and remote control.
