If the design requires the power and expressiveness of the green patina color, which is typical of copper, it should be applied exactly as required, without waiting for the gradual changes caused by natural weathering. The solution is TECU® Patina – patinated copper, on the one hand, for immediate use to meet the highest aesthetic demands in building design. TECU® Patina is always extremely diverse, as you would expect from a natural surface. The many different tones and shades of the surface eventually blend into each other, but only gradually. The unique developments that occur with TECU® Patina are awe-inspiring – exactly as modern architecture should be.

There is more to gold than just stunning glitter.

TECU® Gold is a new copper-aluminium alloy for facade cladding, which will soon begin to acquire a very elegant matte brown-golden shade, which is particularly reminiscent of gold after installation. TECU® Gold facade solutions give buildings a discreet and valuable appearance. Depending on how the light falls on the facade surfaces, a fascinating, unrivalled play of colors can be observed.

With TECU® Oxid, the initial shine of freshly laid copper and the gradual color change to shades of brown can be easily avoided. Natural changes in the building begin immediately with the appearance of a dark oxide layer. The process continues in the same way as with classic copper: nature changes the surface under the influence of sun, rain, snow and wind, giving it its own exciting life – always unique, typical of copper.

TECU® copper oxide sheets and strips are pre-oxidised on both sides using a patented industrial process that is gentle on the material. The oxide layer is not artificial, it is formed naturally from the copper itself.
