Composite Wall Ties - Used to connect a load-bearing wall with an insulation layer (or without it) and a cladding layer. Applied in residential and civil construction for: three-layer brick masonry, insulation and cladding of monolithic buildings, three-layer precast concrete enclosure panels, cladding of gas and foam concrete with small-format materials, cladding of expanded clay concrete, timber, and other base materials for enclosures.

Composite rebar is made from fiberglass or basalt composite rods, used for reinforcing both regular and prestressed concrete structures and elements. The main advantage is its resistance to aggressive chemical environments.

Composite mesh is used as a substitute for traditional steel masonry mesh and is applied in reinforcing various construction structures, such as brickwork.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Flexible mounting loops replace metal loops during loading, unloading, and construction works, as well as during the removal of concrete products from formwork. The product's 3x strength reserve ensures safe use.

Composite diagonal flexible ties consist of two parallel composite rods with a periodic profile, connected by a composite zigzag rod and secured with high-strength polymer clips. They are used for reliably connecting the layers of three-layer wall panels.

Composite mesh with integrated fixings is an advanced model of composite mesh with thermoplastic fasteners at the intersections of the rods. It is used for reinforcing the facade layers of panels and for floor screeding, providing enhanced technical properties and resistance to external influences.

Anchor fixing for ventilated facades is used for attaching cladding systems with a ventilated air gap and other enclosure structures. The integration of a composite rod and a stainless steel threaded stud in a single product allows for combining the absence of "thermal bridging" with secure attachment of the ventilated facade.

Geogrid anchor, a composite rod with a strong plastic cap, is used for securing 3D geogrids to the soil foundation. The use of a composite anchor allows for the creation of stable structures on slopes and uneven terrain, resistant to aggressive chemical environments.
