MANUFACTURE AND SUPPLY OF IMPACT-RESISTANT CEILING AND SKIRTING BOARDS

Bello Deco specializes in the manufacture and supply of impact-resistant ceiling cornices, skirting boards, and polystyrene mouldings produced using extrusion technology. The products are manufactured from high-quality raw materials on state-of-the-art European equipment.

Ceiling cornices, skirting boards, and mouldings are important interior elements that enhance the appearance of a room, give it a finished look, conceal joints and surface imperfections, and protect surfaces from damage.

High-strength decorative polystyrene elements offer the following advantages:
A wide variety of shapes, designs, and sizes; high impact resistance and durability; the material is resistant to rot, does not crumble, and does not deform over time. Easy installation and removal. Environmentally friendly and fire-safe. Excellent adhesion properties and compatibility with a wide range of paint and coating materials. Bello Deco skirting boards and mouldings combine all of these advantages. All products comply with established quality standards, as confirmed by relevant certificates.

DE-BAGET SPECIALIZES IN THE MANUFACTURE AND SUPPLY OF EXTRUDED EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE CEILING CORNICES
Extrusion is a modern manufacturing process in which molten material is forced through a shaping die. During the production of extruded ceiling cornices, polystyrene granules are fed into an extruder, where they are melted. At a certain stage of the process, carbon dioxide is introduced into the extruder to foam the melt. Thanks to the extruder screw mechanism, the molten material is evenly mixed into a homogeneous mass and forced through a forming die with the required cross-section. As the profile exits the extruder, it expands under internal pressure, equalizing with atmospheric pressure. The profile obtains its final shape after cooling in a water bath and passing through a series of calibration dies. The production process for extruded ceiling cornices is continuous, with speeds reaching up to 35 metres per minute depending on the profile size. As a result, the profile has a solid, uniform structure, unlike foam profiles, also known as expanded polystyrene, which are manufactured using the injection moulding process.

Injection-moulded cornices are manufactured in special moulds by expanding polystyrene beads. This technology makes it possible to produce cornices with decorative patterns of virtually any relief. They have a coarser texture but can serve as independent decorative interior elements.

The company's production facilities are equipped with European machinery, and every product undergoes strict quality control at every stage, from raw material loading to final packaging. We use raw materials from the world's leading manufacturers, including Clariant, BASF, LG, Nizhnekamskneftekhim, and others. The fire safety and environmental compliance of our products are confirmed by certificates. Our team consists of experienced professionals who continuously monitor manufacturing innovations and regularly expand the product range.
