Taking over around more than 115 acre land area in Ma’anshan with the annual capacity of producing more than 50 AAC production lines and 700 sets of brick hydraulic press machine, specializes in R&D, design, manufacturing, project management (EP/EPC) and operation consulting of AAC plant and sand lime brick plant solution.
AAC production process includes raw material preparation, batching and mixing, pouring, precuring, cutting, autoclaving, and packing.
With the special R&D Test center, KEDA SUREMAKER can do the raw material chemistry analysis and offer the customized formula in advance to customers and then offer the equipment scope design & investment scope overview to help customers determine the optimal balance between KEDA SUREMAKER and locally purchased equipment considering the local market and customer’s requirement. The customized plant layout engineering technology will be offered according to the real land area situation. All the host equipment will undergo ex-factory loaded commissioning; the key equipment will undergo multi-machine linkage commissioning. KEDA SUREMAKER will also provide professional guidance regarding personal training, process engineering, project installation supervision, production management and operational support during the start-up of production & Product applications consulting.
