RICH BUSINESS PROGRAM OF THE KAZBUILD 2022 EXHIBITION - 16 BUSINESS SESSIONS FOR INDUSTRY EXPERTS

From September 7 to 9, the Atakent Exhibition Center will become a meeting place for the construction community from all over the world as part of KazBuild 2022, the 28th Kazakhstan International Construction and Interior Exhibition.

At the KazBuild exhibition platform, domestic and foreign manufacturers will present new products and technological solutions for the construction and interior industries at their stands. Over 200 companies from 20 countries of the world are among the participants: Azerbaijan, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Denmark, India, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, UAE, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Finland, France, South Korea.

The presence of international companies in most segments of the construction industry in Kazakhstan is also reflected in the geography of participants of KazBuild 2022 exhibition, which has a positive effect on business cooperation, expansion of sales markets and healthy competition. 20 largest German manufacturers will perform under a single National stand of Germany, 19 ceramic tile manufacturers from India will also unite in a single exposition. Companies from Spain, Malaysia, Poland and 9 regions of Russia will unite in Collective expositions.

The growth of exhibition area in 2022 was 117% compared to the area in 2021. KazBuild 2022 exhibitors will demonstrate products in several sections: building materials and equipment, finishing materials and interiors, window technologies, ceramics and stone. Among the participants of KazBuild 2022 are such companies as Mir Parketa, Shnell, Timberstone, Verdes, PolymerMetal-T, ASG, Convergent, Sloplast, Eglo Kazakhstan, 3D Krestiki, as well as paint factories as Panda Paints, Raduga and Belyy Dom. The partner of the Lakokraska sector is the Kazakhstani manufacturer - Eurotech Industries with the Viking brand. Mesa LTD, the domestic manufacturer, will present formwork systems of its own production, and ЦРТ-КӨМЕКШІ will demonstrate wheelchair lifts and elevators of its own production at the exhibition platform.

Over 35% of the total number of participants (70 companies) participate in the KazBuild exhibition for the first time. WIZDOM, a debutant company, will demonstrate all the benefits of using the Smart Home system, and IDOORS will present innovative entrance doors. Technosonus and StandardPlast plants will present soundproof materials, and Bastau Almaty company at its stand will introduce the audience to the latest domestically produced window profiles.

For three days, from September 7 to 9, 2022, a rich program of the exhibition awaits visitors and participants. The content of the program will include 16 specialized sessions, including the 1st Eurasian Industry Forum “Windows 2022”. Focus on the development”, the speakers of which will be the experts of Bastau Almaty company together with the “Shkola Okna” (Moscow).

An absolutely new format will be presented by the Association of Designers and Architects of Kazakhstan - an atmospheric session meeting for guests and participants of the exhibition. Seminars from the top designers, master classes, Sport&Beauty Zone, Health Care Zone, Art Zone, Entertainment Zone, Creative Lounge Zone. The most interesting speakers, the most relevant topics on one platform all three days.

Taking into account the complexity and laboriousness of the real estate selection process, a special project - Real Estate Alley was organized for the first time within the framework of the KazBuild exhibition, where representatives of leading developers will tell a wide audience of visitors about new projects and profitable offers. Among the participants are K7 Group Holding, Barys Stroy 2001, MTS company LTD, MDI, Lider Group Consalt and Otbasy Bank JSC, the bank’s specialists will be able to advise the guests of the exhibition in detail on housing programs.

A number of seminars from KAZGOR Design Academy and the National Association of Designers of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be devoted to the development and application of BIM technologies in Kazakhstan, among the speakers will be Almat Zhamankulov and Yekaterina Lee, leading specialists in the development of BIM; Kadisha Bekkuliyeva, Executive Director of the National Association of Designers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Asiya Gizatulina, Head of the study on BIM technologies.

Anton Fedyanin, the Chief Architect of the KAZGOR Design Academy, will share practical life hacks for young architects and talk about the activities of the Young Architects Club under the Union of Architects of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Particular attention of the participants will also be attracted by seminars from exhibitors of the exhibition: Belyy Dom, Smartfacade, BAU Group, Knauf Insulation Kazakhstan will demonstrate novelties in the field of paintwork materials, talk about the use of BIM in the design of curtain wall systems, accounting for designers and architects and energy efficiency of buildings.

In parallel, the 14th International Exhibition for Domestic and Industrial Heating, Water Supply, Sanitary, Air-Conditioning, Ventilation Equipment - Aquatherm Almaty 2022 will be held at the same venue.
