The event will take place on September 6–8 at the Atakent Exhibition Center in Almaty.

Exposition 2023

Exhibitors from 19 countries such as Belarus, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Spain, Italy, India, Kazakhstan, China, Latvia, UAE, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Finland, France, South Korea will present the latest building materials and equipment, finishing materials and interior, window and profile technologies, and ceramics and stone. Key manufacturers from Germany and the UAE will exhibit under the unified National stands of their countries, and collective expositions from India, Spain and 14 regions of the Russian Federation will also be presented. Companies such as Tangens, profine RUS, Bastau, Sieger Alugal, Tagil Steel, BelIntegra, Maytoni KAZ, Mir Parketa, Timberstone, Keramin, Nelissen, Mesa, Belyi Dom, Poyatos, Schnell, Sinem, Oz Machine, Sabo, Cosca will present their stands Decor, Borj Tile, Comet, Penoplex, Sparten Granito, Decor.kz, Gamma Mechanica will also exhibit at their stands.

More than 50 companies – new exhibitors

In 2023, 51 companies are participating in the exhibition for the first time, including Avers (Kazakhstan's largest paving tile manufacturer), KazPan (new sandwich panel plant), Docke Asia (Russia), Polygal Vostok (Russia), Décor KZ (Kazakhstan), Meesenburg-Kazakhstan, Sinem Spa (Italy).

О Statistics demonstrate the growing interest in the Kazakhstani market. In his speech the Minister of National Economy of Kazakhstan Alibek Kuantyrov informed about growth of volumes of construction and commissioning of housing in 2023. “Over 7.4 million square meters of housing was commissioned in January–June of this year, which is 11.8% more than the indicator of the corresponding period of last year. The highest indicators of housing commissioning are observed in Almaty, Shymkent, and in Ulytau and Abay regions", said Alibek Kuantyrov at the meeting of the Government.

Business program

The KazBuild exhibition will traditionally be accompanied by a rich business program. Dozens of speakers, including representatives of state bodies, expert practitioners and representatives of major industry associations and unions, will take part in conferences, training workshops and round tables. Partners of the business program are Professional TANU Association, KAZGOR Design Academy LLP, Union of Architects of Kazakhstan, and National Association of Designers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event is traditionally held with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Construction and Housing-Communal Services Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akimat of Almaty, and trade representatives and diplomatic missions of the participating countries.
